I’m a senior research engineer (data science/health economics) at Garner Health. Previously, I was the director of a startup data team in the healthcare and benefits administration space. I studied economics at Princeton University, focusing on health and labor outcomes. Currently, I’m based in Austin, TX though I’m often in New York City, NY.
Broadly, I’m interested in healthcare (care navigation, outcomes, and cost transparency), cities (transportation and community building), conservation, and old-ish books about adventures.
Outside of work, I host salons on economics and technology with the Interintellect (join us!). You might also find me doodling poorly, spying on fledglings, and learning to identify weeds and wildflowers.
Eventually, I’d like to hike through all of the national parks in the USA.
Please say hello if you’re ever in Austin or brainstorming things to do in New York or Central Texas. I love making new friends, online or outside.
